Digital Downloads

What do I get after purchase?

You'll receive a high-resolution digital file in JPG format (also available in PNG upon request). The file is delivered instantly via download link on the confirmation page and sent to your email.

What resolution are the files?

Our digital downloads are provided at print-ready resolution (typically 300 DPI). Each product listing includes the exact dimensions. Most files are suitable for printing from 8x10 up to 24x36 or larger without quality loss.

Can I print this at home?

Yes! Our digital files are formatted for home printers. For best results, use quality photo paper or canvas paper. For large format prints (16x20 and above), we recommend a professional print service.

Can I use this for commercial purposes?

The default license is **personal use only**. This means you can print and display the art in your home, give it as a gift, or use it for personal projects. Commercial use (products for resale, business branding, print-on-demand items sold commercially) requires a separate commercial license. Contact us for licensing inquiries.

Can I resell or redistribute the file?

No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the digital file is prohibited. Each purchase is for one household/individual. If you need multiple licenses for a business, studio, or organization, please contact us.

What formats do you offer?

Most listings are in PNG. JPG is available upon request for no additional charge. Just message us after purchase with your order number and preferred format.

Print on Demand (POD)

Who prints and ships POD products?

We partner with professional print-on-demand providers (Printify/Printful). Your order is printed, packaged, and shipped directly by our printing partner. Quality is guaranteed.

How long do POD orders take?

Production typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location (5-10 business days domestic, longer internationally). You'll receive tracking information via email.

Can I return a POD product?

Since POD items are custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.

Do you offer framed prints?

Yes! Our POD catalog includes canvas prints (rolled and gallery-wrapped), metal prints, and framed prints. Check the individual product listings for available options.

Do you take commissions?

Commission requests can be made on our Contact Page by selecting "Commission Request" under the Inquiry Type dropdown menu.

What's your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once a download link has been sent. Please review product previews carefully before purchase. For POD items, see our return policy above.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for retailers, galleries, and bulk orders. Contact us with details about your needs.
